Launched in 2022, AtlanticCityVacationRentals.com by Bench Hospitality was founded by business partners, Ryan and John, to provide an opportunity for guests to directly book their vacation rentals through Atlantic City without the added fees forced upon guests and hosts by the behemoths of the online travel agency industry.

Through Liberty Hudson Capital, John and Ryan have been significant players in the revitalization of Atlantic City since 2019, with projects ranging from the restoration of abandoned homes to former rooming houses to, even, a defunct hotel. They aim to bring new life to the city and contribute to its growth by turning the worst buildings on each block into the nicest.
