  • What is ACVR.com?

    AtlanticCityVacationRentals.com is the premiere owner and operator of vacation rentals in Atlantic City. We own our portfolio of properties and, for most properties, embark on a major renovation before launching our listings. We ensure the homes are up to our ACVR standard.

  • How do I search for a vacation rental?

    Simply enter your dates into our booking tool, select any necessary filters, and choose from the available options!

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Payments are processed securely by credit card through Stripe.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please see our Cancellation Policy page.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Bookings are non-refundable and subject to our Cancellation Policy.

  • What is the Damage Waiver?

    Please see our Damage Waiver page.

  • How do I know if a rental property is available?

    Our calendar is up to date with our current availability.

  • Do you allow showings at the properties prior to booking?

    To protect the privacy of our current guests and to maintain the cleanliness of our interiors, we do not offer interior showings before booking. You are free to drive by the exterior, though.

  • Can I bring my pet to the rental property?

    Yes, we allow pets for an additional fee. Upon booking, please advise on the number of pets you’d like to bring with you. The fee is $99 per pet.

  • What amenities are included in the rental property?

    Our properties all come fully furnished and include free high-speed WiFi, bedding, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. to comfortably get your vacation started for a few days. Our kitchens are also equipped with the essentials needed to cook a meal: all you need to bring are your favorite ingredients!

  • Is smoking allowed in the rental property?

    Smoking is NEVER allowed indoors. If smoking outside, please do not leave your remnants behind. Violation of our smoking policy will result in an additional fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor mitigation.

  • What is the minimum age requirement to rent a property?

    Per Atlantic City’s short-term rental ordinance, the reservation holder must be 21 years or older and must be present for the duration of the booking.

  • Are bedding, linens, and towels included with my stay?

    Yes, we include bed linens, pillows, and towels for all of the beds and bathrooms.

  • Do you have WiFi?

    Yes, all of our listings include free high-speed WiFi powered by Xfinity.

  • Do the listings include parking?

    Parking accommodations vary by listing and are disclosed within the listing description. Please feel free to reach out with questions regarding parking at bookings@atlanticcityvacationrentals.com.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    In order to allow time to do a thorough cleaning and reset of each property between guests, our standard check-in time is 4PM and check-out is at 10AM.

  • How do I obtain the keys to the rental property?

    All of our listings are equipped with electronic locks. You will receive your PIN code 24 hours prior to check-in and can check-in at your convenience any time after 4pm on your check-in day.

  • What do I do if I have an issue with the rental property during my stay?

    Our management team is available throughout the day to address any needs you may have in a timely manner.

  • How do I contact ACVR.com for additional assistance?

  • What should I do if I have an emergency during my stay?

    If it’s a life-threatening emergency, you should dial 9-1-1. For less urgent matters, you should reach out to our management team via email or text/call us at (609) 244-0414.
